Chapter 6 of 13 - Things Are Getting Violent...

"You kissed her?!!" Silver exclaimed. It was about 8 PM that day, and the twins were hanging out on the couch in their front TV room, eating cheese-stuffed pizza while their parents went to work (they had night shifts, so Goldy and Silver were often home alone during the evening). Goldy blushed uncontrollably and looked away bashfully. "...yeah-" "Details!! DETAILS!!!" Silver yelled excitedly. "Hahaha, well... I was on the roof with Layla..." "Alright..." "And I asked her if she was at all attracted to girls." "What did she say?" "She said she never really thought about it. Then... I kissed her on the lips and ran away," Goldy said. "I'm proud of you, sis. You've finally expressed your feelings in a way that you will regret when you're older and Layla will never forget," Silver laughed. Goldy looked away. The kiss felt so right, so bad, so... addictive. However, she did wonder if she did the right thing. "What do you think Layla thinks of me now, bro?" Goldy asked. "I think she totally likes you, sis. You're kinda hard not to love; plus, now you've given her a taste of lesbian love!" Silver laughed, snarfing down his third piece of pizza. Suddenly, the twins heard some crashes from outside their front lawn. "Probably a stray cat in the recycling again," they said at the same time. The truth was so much worse than that... Silver and Goldy went outside to investigate the noise... and it was a good thing they did, because two boys from school were fighting like no tomorrow! Sticky blood matted the grass as one of the guys tried to gouge the other's eye. Silver and Goldy ran out onto the lawn to stop the fight. "BREAK IT UP, YOU TWO!!!!!!!!!" Goldy screamed. Thankfully, the twins took aikido lessons as children, and were soon able to pin both students to the ground without seriously injuring themselves. Yet, the boys kept arguing. "See?!! If Silver can pin you down like that, he's obviously better!!!" one snarled. "If I'm correct, Goldy was able to take you down just as easily, which makes her equal, if not SUPERIOR, to her twin!!!" The other yelled. "Hold on, hold on, hold on... are you arguing about us?!" Silver asked. "Don't... worry about it, Silver!!!" the boy that Goldy reprimanded said, forcing a smile. Finally, the twins noticed something; one of the guys was dressed similar to Silver, and the other's style seemed to mimic Goldy's. After a bit of discussion, Goldy and Silver cleaned up the boys and called their parents to pick them up. They hoped that was gonna be the only fight they had to deal with, but unfortunately, things go downhill from here...
