Jade POV
We got out of our hiding place and ran towards the room where we were locked.
It was barred, indeed.
There were screams and shouts coming from inside.
"DON'T!" I heard dad shout.
"No, please!' ' I he ard mum cry.
Ella was screaming too, "I WILL, I WILL!"
"Don't. Touch. Her!"
There was a slashing of a knife.
"Mum?"
I panicked. Me and Lucy kicked the door harder than ever, and it flew open, shards of wood flying everywhere.
I felt a piece of sharp wood slip into my skin, but I didn't care.
"Mum?!"
Mum was lying on the floor, unconcious, a huge cut on her stomach.
Silence.
DEAD silence.
Was mum......
