Lucy POV
Guess what! Today was the day of escape. Hear that? A suspenseful, terrifying, paranormal escape.
I know, exciting.
We were still tied up to the chairs.
The first plan was being carried out.
Jade began.
She sobbed, hard.
I sobbed too. (Fake)
Ella came by.
"Hello there, little brats. The time has come for me to-"
"Release us!"
Ella looked confused.
She thrushed on. "What do you mean?"
"To r-elease us. W-we want to w-w-alk and run. B-b-but we p-promise we w-o-n't runa-away. We just.....want to walk, that's all," Jade said, faking a million sobs.
"P-p-please, oh g-great Ella! We j-just w-w-wan-t to r-r-un and walk!" I joi ned in.
I shan't release you," said Ella, evilly.
We knew this was coming.
We gave up. Of course it wouldn't work.
Escape 2.
The second plan.
That night, while Ella was away, we wiggled. And wiggled. And wiggled.
Only the rope was SO strong we couldn't get free.
We were starting to get worried too. Desperate about our parents. What had happened to them?
Escape 3.
Didn't work, you guessed it!
Our teeth weren't strong enough to bite through the ropes. In the last one, THAT exactly WAS the problem with rope.
So....
Jade POV
Escape 4.
Lucy began this one.
She kicked hard.
I joined in kicking.
But the ROPES were obviously strong.
So we just kicked, making the rope lame. We screamed as loud as we could, shouting, "HELP! HEEEEEELLLLPPPPPPPP!"
"HELP!" cried Lucy.
"HELP!" I cried.
Ella came in.
"What is it with you two, have you gone crazy? Don't you dare scream, it makes my ear blocked AND the neighbors won't come . They're dumb, they can't hear you. But that'll be the last of them to hear you cry because you will soon help me, exactly like the other ghosts you see and hear." she sneered.
We were silent.
I could hear Lucy gulping.
Ella was right. The neighbors wouldn't hear us. What was the use of them?
And if we carried out the fifth plan, it would obviously not work, because Ella would beat our spirits out of the body!
All we could do was sit and wait and hope for the best...
