When you're a twin, people seem to thing you and your twin are very similar. Not in Goldy and Silver's case! These two twins couldn't be more different. However, as they transition into high school, the siblings must find a way to balance each other out. If not, it could send the whole school crashing down...
Fights became more and more regular at Sakura Springs. It would start with name calling, then shoving and pushing, then the two people would look like they were trying to kill the other. What affected the twins the most was how the people were fighting over them. The school had officially split up into two " teams" ; Team Goldy and Team Silver. The twins only saw each other at their home, but usually they were so mentally exhausted, they barely spent time together. They usually spent the whole day trying to catch up with their studies, stopping fights, and that was it. Not even Star, Ivory, Layla, or Allister were able to help them! They often went out to fun activities on the weekends, and that restored the twins' energy a little, but come Monday... things would become soulless and hard once again. One of Goldy's least favorite aspects of the two teams was that she was basically a friendless outcast to Silver's team, and vice versa. For example, she once approached a group of Silver's "fangirls" and asked him where he was. The girls just mocked and laughed at her, until Silver actually came along and told them to get to class. This sort of crap was becoming common, but things took a turn for the worse after the event I'm about to tell you about...
"Hey, break it up!!!" Goldy yelled. She pulled away one of her followers, as Silver did the same. "HE STARTED IT!" Goldy's follower yelled. "Oh sure, blame ME!!!" the other boy shouted. "I'll bring them both to the nurses, you meet up with Ivory," Goldy told her brother. Out of the two of them, Silver was the stronger twin, but Goldy was much better at restraining and controlling two people at once. So, while she brought the two boys to the nurse's office, Silver went upstairs to meet with Ivory in the computer lab. Stumbling in tiredly, he collapsed in the seat next to Ivory. "Hey, Silv..." she said. "Another fight?" "Yeah... Goldy and I pulled them away from each other, then she took them both to the nurse's." Ivory broke eye contact. "You must've been really strong to pull them away from each other..." she whispered. "Did you say something?" Silver asked. Ivory's face turned a vivid pink. "Nothing, nothing..." she said. After a few seconds, she leaned over and kissed Silver on the cheek. Silver turned even redder than Ivory. "W-what was that for?!" he exclaimed. Ivory turned away. "I... I don't know..." she stuttered. "It's just something I've been wanting to do for a while... I'm sorry you didn't like it..." Tears of embarrassment slowly filled in her sparkling eyes. "Who said I didn't like it?!" Silver exclaimed quietly. Ivory turned to her crush. "I was shocked because... maybe I wanted to be the one to kiss you first..." Silver admitted. If his face was any more red, he would've looked like a tomato with a face and hair. He gently placed his hand on Ivory's knee, not in a perverted way, but a way that almost said "I love you, and will protect you". Ivory put her hand on top of Silver's. They stared at each other for several minutes. smiling and blushing. Even though neither one said anything, they knew that they were true for each other.
They should've waited until no one else was in the computer lab...
