The Murder of David Pink was never suspected. Robin Drew Pink and Daphne Drew Pink's father died a murder, though others say it was nothing. Robin has a different opinion. Daphne has a different opinion. They are investigating this case through and through with Robin's team at her side and Daphne's best friend at hers.
Daphne Drew Pink was at her sister, Robin's place as her bedroom was also near the crime scene. Daphne sighed, as she lay her head on the soft, green pillow of the guest room. She picked up her phone and scrolled through her messages. Most of them were sympathy messages, mostly about her father and others about her broken arm double her dad. She, too, was sad but not in the way of tears. She stopped on her friend, Sammy's message, which, as he knew was not about her father. She clicked his name, which on her phone was Sammy Davison.
She read, 'Hey Daph, You will not believe what I found. Daphne snorted, there was hardly anything she couldn't believe. She was what people at her school call a loony. She daydreamed too often about unimaginable things. She typed, 'what, a giant cannonball with wings?'. Sammy immediately replied 'no, the school dance is themed about science'. Daphne was amazed, Science? 'okay, you got me' she replied.
Teen life was miserable for her. Sammy replied, 'yes!'. Daphne rolled her eyes. Then, at the same time, she was relieved that Sammy knew that she didn't like sympathy. 'so, can I call you?' Daphne asked. Sammy sent a thumbs-up emoji, quite rare of him to use emojis. Once she picked his call up, she said "So, Sam, are you going to the dance?" she asked. Sam nodded, "yup, and if you are going, I'd like to go with you". Sammy was very straightforward, but that was one of the many things she liked about him. "I am and I'd like to go with you!".
The dance was next week when she was healed so she would be just fine to dance. But, It was weird, why did she not like her dad, what was wrong with her! Or was it him! Or was it psychological!
