Before I explain this story, those people who have read my other stories as probably wondering why I'm writing over 3 books at the same time. Well, this one was a small chapter series which i wanted to make, since it seemed fun. So, this is a story of a girl who joins this luxury boarding school. She finds friends, enemies and some friendships grow into something that's maybe more. This is a story of The New Girl.
Mia POV
As Fitz was driving, I couldn't help but notice Cassie occasionally watching him, and every so often, he would sneak glances at her, but they both were oblivious to each other's feelings.
"They really are thick huh?" A voice asked from beside me. Only then did I realize I was sitting next to Harry.
"Uh, yeah, I mean, they're so cute but so oblivious", I said, hoping he didn't notice the blush that was now coating my cheeks.
Harry and I were friends. Most people would be happy about that, but I liked Harry, so I just couldn't bring myself to stick to friends.
An awkward silence filled the car, as everyone collectively fell silent. Then Cassie began to softly sing, gazing out the window.

I caught onto the tune, joining in

The girls also began to join in now

By the time the song ended, we had somehow already reached the site of the kidnapping. The friendly mood disappeared as we looked at the house, which was surrounded by police tape.
We stepped out of the car. A police officer soon caught sight of us and walked over.
"Hey kids, what are you doing here, this is private property, get out at once!" He commanded.
None of us said anything, but Cassie pulled out the card that was given to each of us by Zues. The officer took it, looked at it, and stepped aside.
"Step in", he muttered.
We did, and that was when our investigation officially started.
