Before I explain this story, those people who have read my other stories as probably wondering why I'm writing over 3 books at the same time. Well, this one was a small chapter series which i wanted to make, since it seemed fun. So, this is a story of a girl who joins this luxury boarding school. She finds friends, enemies and some friendships grow into something that's maybe more. This is a story of The New Girl.
Julia POV
The day was pretty boring, and I didn't even bother to remember what happened. We went to bed, and awoke the next morning, but we were not in our rooms. I rose, to the smell of morning sunshine and mist and grass. WAIT, why was I smelling grass. I opened my eyes and saw that we were in the middle of a forest. The girls were still sound asleep, but I could see Cassie beginning to stir. I roused them and told them about our situation.
"Why are we here?" Maddison asked.
"Do I look like I know?" I snapped back.
"Hey guys, look at this", Stephanie said. She was holding up and large piece of paper. A map.
The map was pretty old, with yellow paper. It had woods drawn on it, and an 'X' marked over a cottage, which is where I assumed we were supposed to go.
"Let's go to the cottage, it is the only site marked here", Steph said.
"But we don't know where we are", Maddie argued.
"i assume we are the people drawn here", Cassie put her finger on a small sketch of 6 girls.
"But which direction", Maddie asked.
"We have to go north-west to get to the cottage, and that's east", Tessa pointed at the sun, which was rising. She then pointed in the other direction, "The cottage should be that way."
"Yeah, let's go", Mia brushed the grass off her pants and went in the general direction of the cottage.
Not soon after we reached the huge cottage. It had wooden fencing around it and was made of wood which was whitewashed. The deck was enough to seat at least 20 people, so we decided to step inside. It was huge, with 12 rooms. ^ on each side of the hallway. It had a kitchen, a hall and 12 fully stocked bathrooms. What kind of luxury cottage was this. Just then, we heard someone else step on the deck. It was Josh, behind him was Connor.
"Hey, what are you doing here?" Tessa asked.
"We woke up in the woods, found this map and followed it here", Connor replied. Then he yelled over his shoulder. From the woods, 3 other people stepped in, Ben, Jack and Harry.
"Wait if you're here-" Cassie groaned. Then Fitz stepped out, holding a bag and a map in his hands. "Look what I fou-" He broke of when he noticed us.
"Hi", Mia offered. He looked from us, to his friends, then seemed to decide not to question the situation.
"Well, I found this bag, it's got a bunch of scrolls in it", He said carefully. He pulled out 12 scrolls and placed them on the deck floor.
