Before I explain this story, those people who have read my other stories as probably wondering why I'm writing over 3 books at the same time. Well, this one was a small chapter series which i wanted to make, since it seemed fun. So, this is a story of a girl who joins this luxury boarding school. She finds friends, enemies and some friendships grow into something that's maybe more. This is a story of The New Girl.
Maddison POV
We were making our way to the acting class, all of us together, and guess who we bumped into. Yup, the boys. Cassie had been immersed in her phone.
"Hey, look at this new meme", she would say every five seconds. Then, I giggled. She looked at me, confused, before looking up. Then she saw the boys, her eyes following the group, then landing on Fitz. She saw him, squeaked and tried to cover her face with a phone.
"Friends huh?" Julia asked, elbowing the already embarrassed girl.
"Stoooooop!" Cassie muttered.
The guys waved at us, coming over.
"Hey, you ok?" Fitz asked, and the others nodded.
"Y-Yup, I'm fine, completely fine, totally, yup, uh-huh", Cassie said.
"We should get to class, before we're late", I saved my BFF from any more embarrassment than necessary. We went into our acting class. Today, the teacher wanted to see how well we embodied a character, and for SOME reason, he decided to split us into teams.
"Maddison and Connor
Harry and Mia
Ben, you're with Piper
Fitz and Cassie-" The teacher called out names.
Was this dude a shipper. I watched as Cassie's face became the same shade as Mia's hair. She was hyperventilating, and blinking vigorously.
"Percy, you can join Cassie and Fitz", there, the teacher had done it. he had shattered all of my shipping dreams in that one sentence. Percy went over to Cassie and walked with her over to Fitz, who suddenly looked murderous. Cassie looked....normal.
"We need you to enact iconic duos, or trios. Take you're pic." The teacher called.
"How about the Harry Potter trio", Percy suggested. "Or Hunger Games".
Oooh, this kid was good. He was playing it smart, either way, he could get closer to Cassie, genius. Me and Connor began to enact Percy and Annabeth from Percy Jackson.
Fitz POV
So the day and the class was going fine right? Wrong. The teacher added PERCY to the group. Of all people, Percy. He came over looking all smug, which made me want to throttle him. Of course he had to suggest enacting Hunger games, or Harry Potter. We went for Harry Potter, because there was no way one of us would be Gale and the other Peeta. Nope. He went for Ron, but I pulled the 'I'm taller card', and became rom. Cassie was glad to be Hermione, because apparently she loved the series.
"So, which scene?" She asked.
"The train one?" Percy looked at me pointedly. I shrugged, but gave him a smug smile when Cassie has her back turned.
"Ok, yeah!" She said.
