Crying, he stumbled into the bathroom. Matthew Royale was 13 years old, rich, and handsome. Everything seemed perfect. Until that is, his parents decided to divorce. It all started when his mother cheated on his father. Angry, Mr. Royale demanded a divorce. Matthew was to go with his dad and all the wealth, but deep within, he still loved his mother. It was true that his father never was the affectionate type, so he couldn't exactly blame her for wanting a bit of attention. Leaning against the bathroom wall, he sobbed. Life would never possibly be the same again.
Suddenly he jumped. Upon the wall, was the moving silhouette of a girl, offering him a shadow of a bunch of flowers. He looked around, but no girl was to be seen. But it wasn't his imagination. The girl waved silently, dancing along the wall to him. Then, she held out her hand as if to ask to be his friend. Drying his tears, he also put his hands on hers, but all he could touch was the stone cold wall. Then, he saw the shadow girl taking a pen, and writing onto the wall, then stepping back to reveal what she had written. "Hi there," it said in wonky letters. "My name is shadow girl, but I forgot my name.". Matthews smiled.
