Rhea was such a fantasy dreamer, dreaming that once the world was full of magical things, unicorns that the Chinese wouldn't eat, dragons from the ocean and much more. But her Fantasy changed, everything, after she met The Shadow in the worse way possible...
As the "wolves" kept getting closer, my mind was somewhere else, thinking, what happen during the time with The Shadow...where was he now?? Then I hear someone say, "Hey, why are you dressed like angels" someone says laughing, "going to save us??". I forgot we all had the hospital dresses on...well only me, Addie and Chase, were in kinda normal clothes. Then someone grabbed my arm
"Hey pretty" Says a boy about 15, who looked drunk but pretty handsome, "wanna come home and have...." Before he could say it, I kicked him in the face. Blood ran down his face and he did not look happy. Loud shouts filled the air.
"OMG!! Where did you learn to.... kick that high!?!" yells a girl who has hair up to shoulders. I look around making sure Addie and Chase were ok. Then I see Chase knock a grown man to the ground. The girl pulled me aside and exclaims, "you have such big lips!! Your cute!!" I look at her in disgust and push her away from me. "Get away you drunk weirdo!" I shout. Then the 15 year old boy comes up and pulls Addie by the hair. I stared in horror as he picks up a gun and points it at her. She screams a loud scared scream, and tries to kick him in the weakest part. I run to Addie, but I was then pinned against a tree by a tough looking dude.
"L-let her go!!" I scream as tears come into my eyes.
"I Will shoot, if you don't!!" He breathes. His fingers were about to pull the trigger. No one was paying attention to Chase however, so he came running with a stick in his hand screaming, like a banshee. The girl was about to shoot Chase, so I screamed, and wind came, picking up the drunk kids, and threw them over houses. The guy who wanted me, skin was peeling off. I close my eyes as those who were the worse, got torn from the wind. Wow this happens everyday I guess, I thought as I open one eye to see if Addie and Chase were ok, and I saw that they to, were closing their eyes. I sigh with relief. I looked over to my left, to see a handsome...beautiful man, in dark standing there. I back up with fear inside me. When I look at his eyes, bubbles of confusing surrounded me. Instead of red eyes, they were green.
"Oh I know what your thinking" he whispers with a grin, "now I will leave for those two are waking up." he chuckles.
"No don't go!" I yell when he start to turn to leave. He looks at me with curious eyes. It seemed as he was as confused as I. or more then that. As I looked down, with shyness, and looked up again, he was gone. I rub my arm as Addie comes up to me.
"Who were y-you talking to Rhea" She asks with eyes all puffy and red.
"Myself" I say looking down, sadness.
"You always talk to yourself sis! and why did we leave the hospital!!!!" She yells with a stomp on the ground. Then it came to me...He's talking to me. Chase gets up still shaking from what happen.
"I HATE THIS PLACE!!!" He yells on top of his lungs. I lean in to give him a hug "LEAVE ME ALONE!!" I do not like it when he gets like this, It gets very hard to stop. But what I kept thinking about, was where is mom and dad?? I shrug as I walk on with Addie and melt down Chase. As the day passed, we found a little area, with many trees about 15 minutes from town. The younger two sat down, with their own thoughts, as I looked around for fire wood. I made a little fire place with twigs and sticks, then Chase helped us get it going, for he was the fire dude. Addie start reading from her little bible, as I was thinking. Why would this creepy guy, not kill us?? Why was he going to?? What was he doing?? Who is he?? Where is mom and dad?? As I thought this over, I prayed with Addie and Chase still in my thoughts, and then I fell into a dreamless dream.
