My heart
Is covered in thorns
Most people would call it broken
But the pain in my heart
Is different
Stabbing me deep
Like daggers to my soft skin
But this will last my whole life
The pain is unbearable
I don't think I can carry it anymore
My heart is heavy
But I will continue
To live with this pain
And I will try to stand tall
