Almost every small girl dreams of being an exotic princess when they get older.
Some never wait.
Olivia Gardens was one of the unlucky few who chose that path, the most treacherous path of all.
Her light, cool brown hair stood upon her head like a crown, and her dark eyes held a snobby glance.
"Mommy!" She shrieked like a demon. "Mommy! Come here right now!" She screamed, thrashing her freakishly skinny limbs.
Her spray tan was an odd choice for a child of seven.
'Mommy' sprang up the stairs, her daughter's room took up the entire third floor of their house.
"What do you need, Princess Olivia?" The girl had forced her parents to address her that way since kindergarten.
"I want my own palace! Right now!"
Mommy didn't want to upset her child, last time she had done that her home had practically burned down.
"Don't you mean your own play-house?"
Olivia huffed like a ready-to-charge bull.
"Are you stupid? I want my own kingdom!"
Her mother, who was named Brianna, gulped. She had no idea how she was going to fulfil her daughter's needs. She could already hear the blood-curdling screams.
"Princess Olivia, would you mind if Daddy and I weren't in your kingdom with you?"
The little girl's face lit up, revealing a devilish grin.
"Okay, now let me see my palace!"
