Katy has just been admitted to high school! She is very excited and can't wait to make new friends! She meets three girls, Suzy, Alicia and Rose. Unfortunately, she gets bullied. Will she be able to resist the pain? Does Chris, the guy that she likes like her back?
BEEP BEEP BEEP! Katy's alarm rang as she jumped up. This was the day she had been waiting for for almost a month! She ran to her parents' room and woke them up.
Ten minutes later they were eating breakfast.
"Are you excited?" Emily asked.
"Of course!" Katy replied.
As soon as she finished her breakfast, she packed her bag, checked three times if she had everything, and then she was finally on her way to school. Katy's house isn't that far from her school, it was a fifteen minute walk.
When she arrived at school, Katy was stunned. People were everywhere! She didn't know what to do until a few girls her age walked up to her.
"Hi! I'm Alicia. These are Rose and Suzy. Who are you?"
"Hey, I'm Katy, nice to meet you!" Katy answered.
"Do you want to hang out with us?" Alicia asked.
Katy, happy to have made some friends, answered: "Of course!".
The remaining ten minutes before class, they talked a lot. Katy even found out that Alicia and Rose are in most of her classes! When the bell rang, she happily joined Rose and Alicia to her first class of the year, math.
