As the son of Yoketsu Yumire, Zach Yumire was introduced to life in the mafia at an early age. One year after the events of Rewind the Hourglass has reformed. Now that Zach is 23 he plans to take over the mafia. In order to do that he must climb up the ranks to gain the trust of the boss. He and his best friend Koyomi will kill anyone who interferes with their plans.

Zach and Koyomi met during a mission. Koyomi was very attractive. She had the ideal body so most of her work for the mafia involved seducing men to kill them. Because she was so attractive most men only saw her for her body. When she was paired up with men they'd flirt with her. One day she was partnered with Zach. Zach was different, unlike other men instead of flirting he got right down to business. Zach and Koyomi worked well together so the boss had them be partners for any mission they had. After many missions together they became best friends and now spend their free time together.
Zach walked back to his house smiling. He opened the door and was greeted by Koyomi who was laying on the couch watching TV. "Hey, what's on your mind?" She asked interested. "Oh, nothing." He said. "C'mon tell me what you're thinking." "Oh, you know, I just had a crazy idea." "What is it?" "I was just thinking that it's time I take over the mafia." "Wh-what?" "It's full of a bunch of *ssholes. I want to take over and make it better." "Okay, I'll help you." "No, it's too dangerous." "I-I can handle myself. You don't need to worry about me." Zach sat down and grabbed her hands, looking at her in the eyes. "You're all I have. I don't want you to get hurt because of me." She blushed. "I-I'm not a kid, I can take care of myself. Please let me help you." "Fine." "So uh, when do we start?" "Tomorrow." "Oh, and c-could you let go of my hands?" "Huh? Oh, sorry." He let go of her hands and got up to make sandwiches for himself and Koyomi. he placed them down on the table in front of the couch. Koyomi drooled at the sight of them. "I love your sandwiches!" She said. "I know, that's why I made them." "Grazie(Thanks)!" "You're welcome." She picked up a sandwich and took a bite out of what seemed to be heaven. "Mm, how do you make them sooo good? It's just a sandwich but it's like taking a bite out of heaven!" "I just make a sandwich ya know." "No, you're lying to me. Is it a secret ingredient?" "No, I just make a sandwich." "Mhm." "Honest! Why would I lie to you?" "Everyone has their secrets." "Yeah, but this isn't a secret worth hiding. It's just a sandwich." They looked at each other for a moment and burst out laughing. "Th-this is such a stupid conversation!" Zach said gasping in between laughter. "Yeah, something's wrong with us!" She said. After a while they calmed down and ate the rest of the sandwiches.
