All Ashe ever wanted in his life was to please his two older sisters, Raine and Stormy. Their parents were killed at a young age, so they're the only ones soft, shy Ashe has to look up to. He especially wants them to let him into their gang, the Hydrowards. However, after being discouraged by both of his sisters, Rain runs away to prove he can be bad. Several years later, when he's part of his own gang, his sisters finally find him... and are begging for his help. Ashe doesn't want to trust them; he hates them! But, when he hears about the danger, he knows this is something he and his sisters gotta do... together.
TEN YEARS LATER...
"Ashe, are you almost done? Leo and Husky will be back soon!" Star yelled. Ashe rolled out from underneath the car; his tan skin was splotched with black gunk. "Just finished adding an electric engine extension; should be able to run 25% on solar power now!" He said. Star rolled her eyes, amused. She walked out the door, her dark brown to cyan hair flying behind her. Ashe quickly took the elevator to the 6th floor of the suite complex, ran to his room in the suite they owned, and changed from a black engineer outfit into his casual gray T-shirt. As he sprayed on some cologne and combed his hair, he stared out of the full-wall window at the beautiful ocean, waves crashing on a beach only a mere walk away from where he and his friends resided. Suddenly, he heard the door to the suite open, followed by Husky's youthful "Hi guys!!" Ashe stayed silent as he plotted a quick prank in his mind. He slowly turned on the sink as Leo called out "Ashe? Star? Allister?" A psychotic gleam, one that his friends knew too well, glistened in Ashe's one eye as he telepathically collected the tap water into a floating blob of water, hovering above his hand. He snuck out of the door, behind the two friends, and... "SURPRISE!!!" he cackled, streaming the water at Leo's back. The redhead in casual green and black attire fell on his knees and turned around in disbelief and a hint of anger. "Oh, so ya gonna play like that, huh?! Play with this, then!" Leo shouted. He aimed his hand towards a nearby houseplant, which instantly sprouted vines that quickly wrapped around Ashe's foot and hoisted him in the air, leaving him upside down, screaming and punching the air. Leo waited until Ashe gave up on trying to pull the vine off, then walked up to him with a grin. "You never learn, do you Ashe?" he chuckled. Ashe laughed for a few seconds before a rageful look filled his eye as he tried for a swing at Leo's face. Suddenly, a loud finger snap cracked through the air, and the vine disintegrated, dropping Ashe on the ground. Allister, a black-haired boy with tan skin resembling Ashe's, walked out of the kitchen, along with Star. "None of ya'll learn. That's the bottom line," he said. Star nodded, then walked over to Husky (pale bluish-gray hair and pale skin) and offered to take the bags they were holding. Leo offered his hand, and Ashe took it, lifted off the ground and into a strong-arm greeting. "Good shopping date, I'll take it?" Ashe asked. Leo nodded. "We were able to check out that new Mexican restaurant that's opening, it's called, I think, "Mixico", like a pun or something." Ashe's face darkened in shock. "That sounds awesome! I've been craving some Mexican, lately," Star exclaimed. "... I think I'll pass," Ashe muttered. The crew stared at him in shock. "Dude, you doing okay? You're literally Mexican yourself, and you don't want to-" "I said I'll pass. You guys can go if you'd like though; it's pretty good. Probably a bit too spicy for you, Husky." And with that, Ashe locked himself in his room, away from his very confused friends. He looked in the mirror and touched a mark on his face; a dark, blue mark shaped like a teardrop. Sighing, he looked his bed; on top of his pillow was a gray teddy bear. He hugged the bear tightly; doing so filled him with love and hate at the same time, which was part of the reason he was so attached to it. Love because he loved the bear, but hate for the ones who gave it to him.
"Okay Star, what's tonight's mission?" Allister asked, opening his gun arsenal. Star looked at her laptop. "Alright, so there's a gang on the other side of town. Apparently, they've stolen documents on a boy who was the sibling of two of them. Says here they stole the paperwork so they could try and find the boy." Ashe looked up at Allister, who looked back at him; that sounded awfully like his own backstory. Allister was also the only person who knew about Ashe's past, since they were like brothers. Regardless, Ashe grabbed a knife kit and opened it up. "Okay, what sort of mission?" he asked. Star typed on her computer. "Okay, this shouldn't be too hard; best to do it clean and quick, so we can get the documents stealthily. However, one of the stronger weapons wouldn't be bad in case we need to do some real damage. We need to limit any deaths, as well." Ashe grabbed two short, quick stab blades, then a longer, serrated one. "These will suffice," he muttered. The crew gathered around; Allister had a two guns holstered on his side, Leo and Husky had ropes and nightsticks, and Star... well, she had no weapons. "Okay, here's the plan.." Star said. She pulled out a map of a complex alleyway with many twists and turns. "... the documents are in a safe past this alley. Allister, you cover for me as I navigate the maze. Leo, Husky, you guys try to eliminate the other people that are guarding it. And Ashe..." She handed Ashe a file. "See anyone you recognize?" Ashe pulled out the paper inside the file and froze; "Raine & Stormy Miacas." "Fun fact..." Allister started. "Star shared the plan with me earlier, and I recognized them as your sis-" "They are not my sisters. I will never consider them family ever again." "Alright... I recognized them as someone you knew once. We talked things over, and we decided to give you the job of dealing with them, whom which are guarding the documents. You good with that?" Allister finished. A shadow was cast across Ashe's face as he nodded. He gripped his knives tightly. Star pulled his hand away from them and shook her head. "Why not make them suffer like you did? I don't mean killing them... but something that would hurt a guardian much more," she said deviously. Ashe smiled and nodded.
