Mochi Ai is the sweetest, cutest, most kawaii person you could ever know. Returning to her stepmom and dad back in USA from the Harajuku district of Japan, she meets the alpha of her new school, a wolf-and-dragon hybrid named Drake. Poetic, huh? As the two get to know each other, however, Drake realizes Mochi has some nasty skeletons in the closet. What is she? Who is she?
"Wheee! You're so strong, Drakey!" Mochi giggled as Drake climbed up the final set of stairs. People in the hallways stared, but that didn't affect her. Finally, Drake and Mochi were on the roof. "Mochi! Over here!" Thea called, waving from where she and Anais sat. Drake carried Mochi on his back to her friends, then collapsed on his knees. "Alright... *pant pant* this is our stop..." he gasped. Mochi slid off Drake's back, hugging him as thanks for the ride. Thea and Anais stared. "A-Alpha?!" they exclaimed. Drake stood up, cracked his back, and shook both of their hands. "Good to see you girls again," he smiled. Anais looked at Mochi in amazement. "Is it just me," she asked. "... or did Drake, the Hybrid Alpha of this school, gave you a horse back ride up here?" "That's exactly what he did! Why're you so 'bikkuri' (surprised)?" Mochi asked. Drake looked at her as he pulled out his lunch bag. "Well... I have a reputation for being kinda... cold. Anais and Thea are the only real female friends I have here, other than you. Other than that, I can be kinda harsh towards people," he admitted. "Oh..." Mochi pulled out a bento box and popped some rice in her mouth with chopsticks. Suddenly, a question lit up in her brain.
"Drakey? Tell me about your family!" Mochi exclaimed. Drake stared at her, a slice of pizza hanging hilariously from his mouth. "Whaddya wanna know?" he asked, stuffing the rest of his pizza into his mouth. Mochi laughed. "First, don't talk with your mouth open, you could choke. Second of all, tell me about who chu live with!!!" she exclaimed, bouncing on her knees. Drake chuckled as he laid down on the roof, closing his eyes. "Well, to start, I have two dads, one of which I call 'Mom'. My 'mom' is named Oliver, who's an unknown species, and my real dad is called Areo, and he's a wolf alpha." "Just like you, Drakey!" "Yep. I have 2 older sisters and one younger one. My oldest sister is Siren, who is a wolf-mermaid hybrid, my middle sister is Rain, who is a wolf AND a hydrokinetic nymph hybrid. And my final sister isn't a wolf at all; mostly because she's my half sister. She's either completely human, but judging by her mysterious and creepy personality, she's likely unknown, like Mom." Drake took a deep breath as Mochi laid down next to him. "You got a biiiiig familly... I have my Dad, Shiro, who's a wolf, and a loving step-mom, Gwen, who's a tiger," she said. Drake looked over at her. "Do you know about the tier system" he asked. Mochi lifted her head a bit and shook it. "Alright, lay back down and pay attention to my words..."
